Silverline Technologies has filed with BSE a newspaper advertisement (published on 15 November 2025 in Daily Active Times) containing its standalone unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Total income for Q2FY26 surged to ₹10,007.38 lakhs, up sharply from ₹145.37 lakhs in Q2FY25. Profit before exceptional items and tax for the quarter stood at ₹725.81 lakhs versus ₹5.30 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹725.81 lakhs, translating to an EPS of ₹4.65 (vs ₹0.01 YoY). For H1FY26, total income was ₹20,016.06 lakhs with PBT of ₹1,840.63 lakhs and EPS of ₹1.18. Reserves rose to ₹1,559.27 lakhs as of 30 Sep 2025 from ₹599.85 lakhs on 31 Mar 2025.
The dramatic YoY jump in revenue and profits may act as a positive trigger for the stock, but the sheer scale of the swing from a near-nil base suggests a possible one-off or business mix change; retail investors should treat this as a regulatory disclosure and review the detailed results before drawing conclusions.
