Mr. Mandar Patil of Mandar K. Patil & Co., Chartered Accountants, who was appointed as the Internal Auditor of Silverline Technologies for FY 2025-26, has resigned effective 16th September 2025. In his resignation letter, he stated that since his appointment, the company has not produced any data for conducting the internal audit, and therefore he does not wish to continue.
