Quasar India Ltd has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published on 10th September 2025 regarding its 46th Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 2:00 PM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 23rd September 2025 to 30th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. Remote e-voting facility is being provided through NSDL, commencing on 27th September 2025 (9:00 AM) and ending on 29th September 2025 (5:00 PM), with the cut-off date for voting eligibility set as 23rd September 2025. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be sent only through electronic mode, in line with SEBI's May 2020 circular.
