Indian Bank has announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 17th June 2025 via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Record Date for payment of dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, 10th June 2025 (close of business hours). Additionally, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 11th June 2025 to Tuesday, 17th June 2025 (both days inclusive) for the AGM and dividend purposes. The dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Investors who hold Indian Bank shares by 10th June 2025 will be eligible to receive the dividend, if approved at the AGM. The share trading window may be restricted during the book closure period (11-17 June 2025).
