Annual Report FY24 - No operations, loss, trading suspended, delisting order

KD Leisures Ltd reported zero revenue from operations in FY24, down from Rs 180.17 lakh in FY23. Net loss narrowed to Rs 1 lakh from Rs 198.39 lakh. No dividend was declared. The company was inoperative all year. Trading has been suspended on BSE since June 2023 due to non-compliance, and a compulsory delisting order was received in August 2024.
