Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY 2020-21 submitted

LEEL Electricals has submitted its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY ending March 31, 2021, under SEBI LODR Regulation 24A. The report covers the period when the company was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated in March 2020. The company was later sold as a going concern to Krishna Ventures Limited in March 2024. All compliance requirements were met and no SEBI or stock exchange actions were taken. XBRL filing could not be made due to a technical validation error.
