Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited posted Q2FY26 consolidated operating revenue of ₹232.5 crore, up 16% year-on-year, driven by higher volumes in both MSW Collection & Transportation and MSW Processing segments. EBITDA grew 18% to ₹57.1 crore with margins improving slightly to 21.6% (from 21.4% a year ago). Profit after tax rose 13% to ₹17.3 crore, though PAT margin slipped marginally to 6.5% from 6.7%. For H1FY26, total operating revenue was ₹456.2 crore (up 15% YoY) and PAT stood at ₹40.2 crore (up 10% YoY). During Q2, the company sold ~40,081 tonnes of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and ~3,251 tonnes of compost. Subsidiary Antony Lara Enviro secured two waste-to-energy projects (~15 MW each) in Andhra Pradesh valued at ~₹3,200 crore over a 20-year concession, with two new SPVs (Kadapa Renew Energy and Kurnool Renew Energy) incorporated. The merger of wholly-owned subsidiary AG Enviro with the listed entity is in its final stage after NCLT admitted the joint scheme petition.
Strong topline and EBITDA growth, combined with a massive ₹3,200 crore WtE order win, signals solid business momentum and long-term revenue visibility. PAT margin compression is a minor watchpoint, but the subsidiary merger progressing at NCLT and new WtE project wins are likely positive triggers for shareholder value.
