Anupam Rasayan achieved its highest-ever annual performance in FY26 with consolidated revenue of ₹23,836 Mn (up 65% YoY) and PAT of ₹2,222 Mn (up 39% YoY). The company completed the acquisition of US-based Jayhawk Fine Chemicals which contributed proforma revenue of ~$76 Mn, strengthening its global CDMO platform. A definitive agreement was signed to acquire 43.3-48.2% stake in Bliss GVS Pharma to expand pharmaceutical value chain capabilities. The company reported record operating cash flow of ₹3,343 Mn and disclosed a strong order book of ₹14,646 Crores across multiple multi-year contracts. Q4FY26 showed some margin pressure with EBITDA margin at 22% vs 30% in Q4FY25, though full-year margins remained healthy at 23%.
The strong order book and strategic acquisitions signal solid growth visibility, though investors should note Q4 margin compression. The expanding global footprint through Jayhawk and the pending Bliss GVS acquisition position the company for diversified growth across pharma and performance materials segments.
