Anupam Rasayan reported a strong Q1FY26 with consolidated revenue of ₹4,907 Mn, up 89% YoY, and consolidated PAT of ₹485 Mn, surging 297% YoY. Consolidated EBITDA margin expanded to 26% from 23% a year ago, while standalone EBITDA margin improved to 31% from 25%. The company added 1 new product taking the total to 80 complex products, and exports contributed 58% of revenue. Management highlighted a robust order book of ₹14,646 crore, including two new agreements signed with Japanese and US-based multinationals. Growth is being driven by pharma and polymer portfolio expansion, execution of signed LOIs, and backward integration in fluorination chemistry via the Tanfac acquisition.
Sharp YoY growth in revenue and profits, combined with margin expansion and a large order book, signals strong business momentum and could be viewed positively by investors. The detailed order pipeline provides visibility on future revenues, though high finance costs continue to weigh on net margins.
