Anupam Rasayan India Limited's Board meeting on May 23, 2026 approved audited financial results for FY 2025-26. Standalone revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 16,756 million with PAT of Rs. 1,614 million (vs Rs. 727 million last year). Consolidated revenue grew 65% to Rs. 23,655 million with PAT of Rs. 2,222 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.5 per share (15% on Rs. 10 face value) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 23rd AGM. Other key approvals include acquisition of up to 74.20% stake in Bliss GVS Pharma Limited and raising Rs. 160 crore via NCDs on private placement basis. The Deputy CFO resigned with immediate effect. The company also completed the US$ 150 million Jayhawk acquisition in the US.
Strong financial growth with near-doubling of standalone profits is positive for shareholders. The dividend provides income, though the absolute amount is modest. The strategic acquisitions (Jayhawk and Bliss GVS) signal expansion but may increase debt levels.
