Anuroop Packaging reported its Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) and nine-month FY26 results, covering both standalone and consolidated numbers. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to Rs 95.55 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 106.48 lakhs a year ago, and to Rs 259.46 lakhs for 9M FY26 from Rs 277.14 lakhs in 9M FY25. Standalone net profit, however, rose to Rs 23.69 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs 17.17 lakhs) and Rs 37.74 lakhs for 9M (vs Rs 35.25 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, 9M FY26 net profit jumped to about Rs 252.93 lakhs, up roughly 64% from Rs 153.87 lakhs last year, lifted by the subsidiary Yuktarth Advisory. Statutory auditor Banka & Banka gave an unmodified (clean) review opinion on both sets of results, which were approved by the board on Feb 14, 2026.
Standalone revenue continues to shrink, suggesting pressure on the core packaging business, while consolidated profit growth is being driven mainly by the subsidiary. Shareholders should note this divergence and watch whether the standalone operations can stabilize in coming quarters.
