Anuroop Packaging's board, on February 14, 2026, approved unaudited financial results for Q3 and 9M ended December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations declined to Rs 95.55 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs 106.48 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while net profit rose to Rs 23.69 lakhs from Rs 17.17 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Yuktarth Advisory), revenue from operations jumped to Rs 446.56 lakhs from Rs 308.41 lakhs, and net profit surged to Rs 138.75 lakhs from Rs 33.67 lakhs YoY. Statutory auditors Banka & Banka issued an unmodified/unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The 9M consolidated EPS stood at Rs 2.28 versus Rs 1.25 in the prior year period.
Consolidated numbers show strong top-line and bottom-line growth driven by the subsidiary Yuktarth Advisory, while the standalone packaging business continues to shrink. Investors should watch whether subsidiary-led growth is sustainable and whether the core packaging business can return to growth. Auditor's clean opinion is a positive; no red flags flagged.
