The Board of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, acting as Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, has approved a total distribution of Rs. 53.95 crore to unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The per-unit distribution works out to Rs. 2.75, comprising Rs. 2.5098 as interest, Rs. 0.2121 as principal repayment, and Rs. 0.0281 as other income. The record date has been fixed as Friday, November 14, 2025, and the distribution will be paid on or before November 21, 2025. The Trust also approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26, along with a Nil deviation report on utilisation of funds raised.
Unitholders whose names appear in the beneficiary list as of November 14, 2025, will be eligible to receive the Rs. 2.75 per unit distribution, paid within 5 working days. The distribution level is broadly in line with the previous quarter, signalling steady income flow for existing unitholders with no change in payout trajectory.
