Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust informed the exchanges that Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an associate of the Trust's Sponsor, sold a total of 56,75,000 units of the Trust between June 19 and June 23, 2025. The sale was split across both exchanges — 28,25,000 units on NSE and 28,50,000 units on BSE — all executed as on-market transactions. As a result, Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus's holding in the Trust dropped from around 41.62% to about 38.72%. The disclosure was made under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, as the seller is a 'party' to the Trust. Total value of the units sold across the transactions is roughly ₹63-64 crore based on disclosed transaction values.
