Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has filed its half-yearly related party transaction disclosures as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. On a standalone basis, total transaction value during the period was about ₹12,985 million, with closing balances of ₹20,488 million. Key items include ₹3,000 million in Non-Convertible Debentures issued to Axis Bank (promoter of the trustee) and ₹119.66 million in interest expense paid on those NCDs. The Trust extended significant loans to its subsidiaries — about ₹6,372 million to Darbhanga-Motihari Transmission Company, ₹4,813 million to NRSS XXXI (B) Transmission, and ₹10,001 million to Solzen Urja (unsecured, 16% interest). It also booked interest income of ₹517.78 million from DMTCL and ₹382.94 million from NRSS. Distributions of ₹433.16 million went to Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus and ₹116.62 million to SEPL Energy. On a consolidated basis, closing balances were negative ₹2,145.98 million, largely driven by the outstanding ₹3,000 million NCD to Axis Bank.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure rather than a new event, so it is unlikely to move the unit price. However, investors can note the Trust's heavy lending to subsidiaries at 16% interest (earning decent yield) and its continued reliance on Axis Bank for NCD funding, which highlights both internal cash flows and leverage structure.
