Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an associate of the Sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, sold 1,00,000 units on the BSE and NSE on September 30, 2025, for a total value of approximately Rs. 1.16 crore (around Rs. 115.75 per unit). Before the sale, the associate held 2,96,00,000 units (15.09% of the trust), and after the sale it holds 2,95,00,000 units (15.04%). The transaction was carried out on the open market and disclosed under SEBI's insider trading regulations as an on-market sale by a party connected to the trust.
