Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an associate of the Sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, sold 1,25,50,000 units on the BSE on March 26, 2026. The sale was carried out on-market at an average price of roughly ₹125 per unit, for a total consideration of about ₹156.88 crore. As a result, its holding in the InvIT fell from 2,95,00,000 units (11.54%) to 1,69,50,000 units (6.63%), cutting its stake by nearly half. The disclosure was filed under SEBI's Insider Trading and InvIT regulations as a routine compliance update.
