Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (InvIT) submitted its Q4 FY26 investor presentation, highlighting strong growth in assets under management (AUM) from ~₹22.8 billion at listing in Nov-22 to ~₹65.6 billion as of March 2026, with projected AUM of ~₹86.3 billion post the recent Kudgi Transmission Limited (KTL) acquisition. The trust acquired 12 solar projects (Sigma portfolio, ~816 MWp) in March 2026 and KTL (~980 ckm transmission) in May 2026, expanding its portfolio to ~1,236 MWp solar and ~1,835 ckm transmission across 16 projects and 8 states. Distribution per unit (DPU) of ₹11.00 for FY26 with projected ₹12.00 for FY27, NAV per unit at ~₹124.78, and cumulative total investor gains of ~59% since listing. Q4 FY26 total distribution was ₹924 million, the highest quarterly payout. Debt stands at ₹37 billion (Net Debt/AUM at 51%), 60% floating/40% fixed, with AAA rating and 9.6-year residual maturity.
The presentation signals robust AUM growth (~2x in two years) and improving distributable cash, supported by recent accretive acquisitions and a strong acquisition pipeline (ROFO assets). For unitholders, this points to continued DPU growth visibility (FY27 guidance of ₹12.00 vs ₹11.00 in FY26) and long-term yield stability from long-duration PPAs/TSAs averaging 20.7 years of residual contracted life.
