Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust filed its Q1 FY26 investor presentation, reporting assets under management of ~INR 39.7 bn and 11 consecutive quarters of consistent distributions, totaling ~INR 4,308 million to date. Q1 FY26 distribution per unit (DPU) stood at INR 2.75 (~75% YoY growth), with a FY26 projected DPU of INR 11. Total income grew ~72% YoY to INR 1,107 mn and EBITDA grew ~40% YoY to INR 990 mn, partly boosted by the recent acquisition of a ~420 MWp solar asset consolidated from March 2025. The trust highlighted a visible growth pipeline via ROFO 1 (12 solar projects, ~813.2 MWp) where it has received a Letter of Interest and Invitation to Offer for 74% shareholding, and ROFO 2 (1 transmission asset, ~980 ckt km). Net Debt/AUM is comfortable at ~42.83% with weighted average cost of debt at 8.01% and AAA rating from Crisil and India Ratings.
Strong quarterly performance and confirmed growth pipeline through ROFO assets are positive for unitholders, supporting distribution visibility and accretion. The DPU growth of ~75% YoY and FY26 projection of INR 11 may lift investor sentiment, though solar PLF was temporarily impacted by inverter breakdowns (largely covered by insurance/warranty).
