EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, the Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, has informed exchanges that Ms. Jalpa Parekh, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has been relieved from her duties effective close of business on July 23, 2025. Her resignation was first announced on May 28, 2025, citing her decision to pursue new career opportunities outside the organisation. In her place, Mr. Sanket Shah has been appointed as the new Compliance Officer of both the Investment Manager and Anzen Trust with effect from July 23, 2025. Mr. Shah brings over 15 years of experience in compliance, governance, secretarial, and legal matters across sectors including IT, media, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure.
