SEPL Energy Private Limited, the Sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, sold 79,00,000 units of the Trust on September 29, 2025, through on-market transactions on BSE and NSE. Prior to the sale, the Sponsor held 2,38,00,000 units representing 12.13% of the Trust. After the sale, the Sponsor's holding reduced to 1,59,00,000 units, or 8.10% of the Trust.
