Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has informed the exchanges that its Investment Manager, EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, has appointed Mr. Sanket Shah as Company Secretary effective August 5, 2025. Mr. Shah will also continue in his existing role as Compliance Officer of both the Investment Manager and the Trust. With this appointment, he becomes a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Investment Manager. He brings 15+ years of experience in compliance, governance, secretarial, and legal matters across IT, media, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
This is a routine KMP-level appointment at the Investment Manager level and does not directly affect the Trust's operations or unit holders. No material change to governance or business outlook is expected.
