Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust's Investment Manager EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited held a Board meeting on May 22, 2026 and approved a total distribution of Rs. 92,41,72,975 for Q4 FY2025-26. The per unit distribution of Rs. 2.75 comprises interest income (Rs. 2.0716), principal repayment (Rs. 0.6024), and other income (Rs. 0.0760). The record date has been fixed as May 27, 2026, with payment to be made on or before June 4, 2026. For the full year FY2025-26, the Trust reported total comprehensive income of Rs. 2,131.55 million, a 44% increase from Rs. 1,479.46 million in the previous year. The Trust also issued 59.53 million units during the year raising Rs. 6,964.43 million and completed acquisition of 17 solar power SPVs in March 2026.
