Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an associate of the Sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, sold 24,75,000 units of the trust on the NSE and BSE through on-market transactions on September 25 and 26, 2025. The total value of the units sold was approximately Rs 27.89 crore. Before the sale, the associate held 3,39,75,000 units (17.32% stake); after the sale, its holding came down to 3,15,00,000 units (16.06% stake), a reduction of about 1.26 percentage points. The disclosure was filed under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
