Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), has fixed Tuesday, February 3, 2026, as the record date for its Q3 FY2025-26 distribution, with payment to be made on or before February 10, 2026. The Board approved a total distribution of Rs. 53.95 crore to unitholders, translating to Rs. 2.75 per unit (interest Rs. 2.3176, principal repayment Rs. 0.3904, other income Rs. 0.0420). This is unchanged from the previous quarter (Q2 FY2025-26), which also declared Rs. 2.75 per unit. Consolidated revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs. 1,011 million, up marginally from Rs. 978 million in the previous quarter, while consolidated net loss narrowed significantly to Rs. 39.55 million from Rs. 80.49 million in Q2. The Trust also reported signing a Share Purchase Agreement on January 23, 2026 to acquire 74% stake in 12 solar power SPVs with 606 MW capacity across multiple states.
Unitholders holding units as of February 3, 2026 will receive Rs. 2.75 per unit, providing steady income consistent with prior quarters. The stable distribution and narrowing losses, combined with the proposed expansion into solar assets, may be viewed positively by yield-seeking investors.
