Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) sponsored by Sekura Energy, has fixed May 30, 2025 as the record date for its Q4 FY2024-25 distribution of Rs. 48.07 crore, payable on or before June 6, 2025. The per-unit distribution works out to Rs. 2.45, comprising Rs. 1.74 as interest, Rs. 0.67 as principal repayment, and Rs. 0.04 as other income. The Trust also reported FY2024-25 audited results, with profit at Rs. 147.95 crore versus Rs. 149.61 crore in FY24, while revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 218.80 crore from Rs. 212.85 crore. Net Asset Value at fair value improved to Rs. 116.92 per unit (from Rs. 105.94 a year ago), and total return at fair value jumped to Rs. 380.29 crore from Rs. 152.87 crore. The Trust also completed the acquisition of Solzen Urja Private Limited, a 300 MW AC solar power plant in Rajasthan, effective March 8, 2025.
Unitholders on record as of May 30, 2025 will receive the quarterly distribution, with the annualised yield running well above 6-7% on NAV, making this attractive for income-focused investors. The new solar asset acquisition expands the portfolio and should support steady future distributions.
