The Board of Directors of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, the Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Ranjita Deo (DIN: 09609160) as Whole Time Director for a period of 2 years effective May 17, 2025, subject to necessary approvals. Ms. Deo has been serving as Whole-time Director since May 17, 2022, and also holds the position of Chief Investment Officer of the Anzen Trust since April 12, 2022. She is a CFA charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA, with over 21 years of experience across private equity, corporate/project finance, and research. The re-appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at a board meeting held on May 5, 2025.
