Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 977 crore, growing 19% from Rs. 821 crore. Q4 revenue grew 26.7% YoY to Rs. 6,603 crore, with PAT at Rs. 253 crore; excluding one-time exceptional items (gratuity provision of Rs. 32.53 crore), Q4 PAT was Rs. 285 crore, up 14% YoY. Segment-wise, Conductors (Rs. 12,712 crore, +32.7%) and Power/Telecom Cables (Rs. 6,220 crore, +25.8%) drove growth while Transformer Oils was flat (Rs. 5,373 crore, +5.6%). The Board recommended dividend of Rs. 60 per share (Rs. 241 crore). Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong growth trajectory with 23%+ revenue expansion validates the company's leadership in conductors and cables. The one-time gratuity charge (Rs. 32.53 crore exceptional item) masks underlying profitability; adjusted PAT growth of ~19% is solid. Dividend signals confidence in cash generation.
