Apar Industries reported its highest ever annual revenue of ₹22,902 crore for FY26, up 23.3% from ₹18,581 crore in FY25. Consolidated profit after tax grew 19% to ₹977 crore from ₹821 crore. Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹6,603 crore rose 26.7% YoY, with Q4 PAT at ₹253 crore (up 1.4% YoY), or ₹285 crore excluding one-time exceptional items (up 14%). The company recorded ₹32.53 crore in exceptional items (gratuity and compensated absence provisions). Segment-wise, Conductors contributed ₹12,712 crore, Power/Telecom cables ₹6,220 crore, and Transformer oils ₹5,373 crore in revenue. The board recommended dividend of ₹60 per share. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also appointed new cost and internal auditors, and approved investment of up to BRL 550,000 in its Brazil subsidiary.
