Apex Capital and Finance Ltd has submitted the newspaper publication of its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 to BSE, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The results, which were approved by the Board on 13 August 2025, show a strong performance: total income from operations rose sharply to Rs. 148.93 lakhs from Rs. 51.07 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Net profit after tax jumped to Rs. 78.05 lakhs, compared to just Rs. 3.80 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs. 1.32 versus Rs. 0.06 a year ago. Paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 592 lakhs with reserves of Rs. 2,536.24 lakhs. The results were published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on 14 August 2025.
The quarter reflects a dramatic improvement in both revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis, which is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the overall scale remains small, and investors should monitor whether the income growth is sustainable in coming quarters.
