Apis India reported broadly flat Q1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 8,684.74 lakhs versus Rs 8,707.57 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a marginal dip of about 0.3%. Standalone PAT rose modestly to Rs 400.97 lakhs (from Rs 391.03 lakhs), with EPS of Rs 7.28 vs Rs 7.10. Total income (including other income) was Rs 8,770.80 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, PAT after share of associates fell sharply to Rs 252.76 lakhs (from Rs 526.59 lakhs) because associate companies swung to a net loss of Rs 148.21 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 135.56 lakhs a year ago. The statutory auditor (GAMS & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. The board also approved the appointment of a new internal auditor, extension of MD remuneration, and the 43rd AGM on September 30, 2025.
Core standalone business remained stable with only marginal top-line softness and modest profit growth, but weak performance at associate companies dragged consolidated earnings down significantly. Short-term sentiment may be slightly negative on the consolidated PAT decline, though the clean audit opinion and stable standalone performance limit downside risk for shareholders.
