Apis India Ltd promoter Amit Anand (DIN: 00951321) has informed BSE that a previously disclosed inter-se transfer of shares among promoters, planned as an off-market gift transaction under Regulation 10(1)(a) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations, has NOT been executed. The Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) submitted to the Depository Participant was rejected due to technical and procedural deficiencies during verification. As a result, no shares were actually transferred and the original disclosure dated June 02, 2026 should be treated as not having culminated into an acquisition. The promoters still intend to carry out the transfer after resolving the issues and will file a fresh prior intimation before doing so.
There is no change in shareholding or promoter stake as the proposed transfer never took place. For retail investors, this is essentially a non-event — the earlier disclosure is nullified, and any impact on shareholding pattern or stock price is neutral until a fresh intimation is filed.
