APL Apollo Tubes delivered its best-ever quarterly performance in Q4FY26 with sales volume of 925k tons, EBITDA of Rs 5.1bn and net profit of Rs 3.5bn. For FY26 full year, sales volume rose 11% YoY to 3.5 million tons, revenue grew 12% to Rs 230.8bn, EBITDA surged 50% to Rs 18bn, and net profit jumped 59% to Rs 12bn. EBITDA per ton improved significantly to Rs 5,161 (up 36% YoY). The company maintained zero working capital days and ended FY26 with net cash of Rs 15.3bn vs Rs 3.1bn in FY25. ROE improved to 25.3% and ROCE to 37.3%. Capacity expansion to 8 million tons is planned by FY28 through greenfield and brownfield projects in East, South and West India.
Strong operational execution and margin expansion signal continued strength in the structural steel tube business. The balance sheet transformation to net cash position and improving return ratios (ROCE 37.3%) are positives for shareholders. Management's capacity expansion plans position the company for continued growth.
