APM Industries has informed BSE that it published newspaper advertisements on March 28, 2026 in Business Standard (English) and Business Remedies (Hindi) about a SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodgement of physical share transfer deeds. The window is open for one year, from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. It is meant for shareholders who sold or bought shares before April 1, 2019 and whose transfer deeds were lodged before that date but were rejected, returned, or left unprocessed due to documentation issues. Any shares re-transferred under this window will be credited only in demat form and will carry a one-year lock-in during which they cannot be transferred or pledged. Disputes between transferor and transferee and shares already moved to IEPF are excluded. Shareholders need to approach the company's RTA, Skyline Financial Services, to submit fresh paperwork.
This is a routine regulatory compliance disclosure with no direct impact on the stock price or shareholder value. It only benefits a small set of legacy shareholders who still hold physical shares and had earlier transfer requests rejected — giving them a second chance to get those shares registered in demat form.
