Apollo Finvest India Ltd has received consent from the debenture holders of its privately placed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹15 crore to reduce the interest rate from 10.5% to 10%. The revised rate will be effective from June 13, 2025. This is a minor reduction in borrowing cost for the company on its existing NCD instrument. The company has disclosed this under SEBI Listing Regulations.
The 0.5% reduction in interest rate slightly lowers Apollo Finvest's interest expense on its ₹15 crore NCD issue, saving roughly ₹7.5 lakh annually. This is a small positive for the company but unlikely to materially move the stock price.
