Apollo Finvest India Ltd reported audited financial results for FY2025-26. Total revenue from operations declined significantly to ₹2,070.48 lakhs from ₹3,026.23 lakhs in the previous year, a drop of about 31.5%. Interest income fell sharply from ₹2,116.76 lakhs to ₹1,311.96 lakhs. However, profit before tax improved to ₹1,040.87 lakhs (vs ₹979.41 lakhs) due to an exceptional income of ₹195.80 lakhs. Profit after tax declined to ₹695.49 lakhs from ₹721.57 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results. The company also re-appointed its Internal Auditor and an Independent Director.
The significant revenue decline may concern investors, though improved PBT and clean audit opinion provide some comfort. The exceptional item boosted bottom-line figures, masking underlying profit contraction. Shareholders should monitor if the revenue decline trend continues.
