Apollo Hospitals reported strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue of ₹2,52,285 million (up 16% YoY), EBITDA of ₹37,693 million (up 25%), and PAT of ₹19,415 million (up 34%). Q4 FY26 showed even stronger growth: revenue ₹66,055 million (+18%), EBITDA ₹10,109 million (+31%), PAT ₹5,292 million (+36%). Healthcare Services EBITDA margin was 24.4% with established unit margins at 25.5% in Q4. The company commissioned 4 new hospitals with 855 census beds in FY26. Apollo HealthCo (digital/pharmacy) revenue grew 19% to ₹1,08,081 million with digital cash loss reduced by 61% to ₹1,329 million. The company announced a composite scheme to demerge the pharmacy/digital business into a separate listed entity (target listing by Q4 FY27). Strategic move: Apollo Cradle and Fertility combining with Cloudnine to create one of India's largest maternity and fertility care platforms valued at ₹1,550 crores.
Strong all-round growth with margin expansion in core hospital business and significant improvement in digital segment losses. The upcoming demerger listing could unlock value in the digital/pharmacy business. Expansion plans with ₹6,714 crore project cost indicate ongoing capital requirements.
