Apollo Hospitals reported strong FY2025-26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs. 252.3 billion (up 16% YoY) and consolidated PAT of Rs. 20 billion (up 33% YoY). The Board approved two major corporate actions: (1) Merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Apollo Hospitals North Limited into the parent company pending NCLT approval; (2) Divestment of Apollo Specialty Hospitals and Apollo Fertility Centre by subsidiary AHLL to Kids Clinic India Limited (Cloudnine) at an enterprise value of Rs. 15,500 million (Rs. 7,650 million cash + 9.9% equity stake). Additionally, the Composite Scheme for demerger of pharmacy distribution and digital health business into Apollo Healthtech Limited (to be separately listed) has received NSE/BSE approvals and the company has filed with NCLT. The Board also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share.
The divestment to Cloudnine at ~Rs. 15.5 billion enterprise value will unlock value and streamline the fertility business, while the pending demerger could create a separately listed digital health entity. The Q4 PAT growth of 33% YoY signals strong operational performance supporting the stock.
