Apollo Hospitals reported strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue growing 18% YoY to ₹66,055 million, EBITDA up 31% to ₹10,109 million, and PAT surging 36% to ₹5,292 million. For the full year FY26, revenue reached ₹252,285 million (16% growth), EBITDA ₹37,693 million (25% growth), and PAT ₹19,415 million (34% growth). The Healthcare Services segment (hospitals) generated revenue of ₹32,678 million with 23.9% EBITDA margin, while Digital Health & Pharmacy Distribution (Apollo HealthCo) posted ₹28,482 million revenue with improving digital losses at just ₹163 million (down from ₹797 million a year ago). The company commissioned 4 new hospitals adding ~855 census beds, and AHLL's maternity and fertility businesses are being combined at a valuation of ₹1,550 crores. Management guided for INR 250 billion annualized revenue run rate by Q4 FY27 with EBITDA of 6.5-7.0%.
Apollo Hospitals delivered robust growth across all segments with improving profitability. The Digital HealthCo segment narrowing losses significantly and the upcoming demerger-listing of the pharmacy and digital business by Q4 FY27 could unlock shareholder value. The company's expansion pipeline of ~13,100 beds at ₹8,300 crore project cost positions it for continued growth.
