NCLT Chennai has directed convening of shareholder and creditor meetings (May 16-17, 2026) for the composite scheme of arrangement. Apollo Hospitals will demerge its Identified Business Undertaking into Apollo Healthtech (Resultant Co). Apollo Healthco's and Keimed's pharmacy distribution businesses will also be consolidated into the new entity, creating a focused digital health and pharmacy distribution company. Shareholder and creditor approvals are now required next.
