Apollo Ingredients Ltd reported audited results for Q4 FY25 and full-year FY25. Total revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 307.49 lakhs, nearly tripling from Rs. 100.00 lakhs in FY24 (over 200% YoY growth). Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs. 69.00 lakhs, down from Rs. 100.00 lakhs in Q4 FY24, indicating some quarter-level softness. Net profit after tax for FY25 grew about 60% to Rs. 9.75 lakhs from Rs. 6.09 lakhs in FY24, while Q4 FY25 PAT was Rs. 16.40 lakhs (vs Rs. 17.43 lakhs in Q4 FY24). EPS for FY25 rose to Rs. 2.44 from Rs. 1.52. The balance sheet shows total assets of Rs. 167.49 lakhs, with cash and equivalents of Rs. 155.72 lakhs making up most of the asset base, and trade payables of Rs. 34.01 lakhs. Statutory auditors DMKH & Co issued an unqualified (clean) opinion with no Key Audit Matters reported. The Board also appointed Mr. Vivek Bharat Variya as Internal Auditor.
Strong full-year topline growth of over 3x and a 60% jump in annual profit are positive signals for shareholders. However, the Q4 sequential dip in revenue vs prior Q4 suggests volatility. The company remains a very small entity with a cash-heavy balance sheet and minimal fixed assets, so investors should treat this as a micro-cap with limited scale.
