Apollo Micro Systems has received trading approval from NSE and BSE for 1,21,47,964 equity shares of Rs. 1 each, allotted on a preferential basis to Promoters and Non-Promoters upon conversion of warrants, at a premium of Rs. 113 per share. These shares will be listed and available for trading on the exchanges from January 9, 2026. Of the total, 1,06,86,200 shares carry a lock-in until July 9, 2027, while 14,61,764 shares are locked in until July 9, 2026. This is purely an administrative listing update following the conversion of previously issued warrants into equity shares.
This is a technical listing event and not a fresh capital raise, as the shares arose from warrant conversions already approved earlier. Existing shareholders may see a marginal increase in share supply once the lock-in periods expire in mid-2026 and mid-2027, which could create some dilution pressure at those times.
