Apollo Micro Systems filed its Q1FY26 investor presentation highlighting its strongest-ever first quarter. Revenue from operations rose 46% YoY to ₹1,335.8 million, EBITDA (ex other income) grew 83% YoY to ₹409.4 million, and PAT surged 110% YoY to ₹176.8 million, with EBITDA margin expanding sharply by 600bps YoY to 31%. The company secured its first export order worth USD 13.37 million (₹113.81 crores) for an advanced avionics system serving civil and military aircraft. It also raised funds through a preference share round (warrants 100% subscribed, equity shares ~86.94% subscribed) and received a 2-notch credit rating upgrade from Acuité. Additionally, its subsidiary ADIPL is acquiring 100% of IDL Explosives Ltd for ₹107 crore in an all-cash deal, with consolidation starting from Q2FY26. The company has earmarked ₹100 crores for R&D in FY26 and ₹250 crores in CAPEX for Unit 2 and Unit 3 expansion to scale capacity to roughly 3x.
Strong Q1 results with significant margin expansion, a landmark export order, and a strategic acquisition should be viewed positively by investors and may support stock sentiment. The capacity expansion and IDL consolidation from Q2FY26 onwards could further accelerate growth and margins in the coming quarters.
