Apollo Micro Systems reported record performance for FY26 with consolidated revenue of INR904 crores (61% YoY growth), EBITDA of INR218 crores (69% growth), and PAT of INR107 crores (91% growth). Q4 FY26 was the highest-ever quarterly performance with revenue of INR293 crores (81% YoY). The order book stands at INR1,432 crores providing strong growth visibility. EBITDA margin expanded 500bps to 24% over 5 years (FY21-FY26), while PAT margin expanded 700bps to 12%. R&D investment was INR72 crores (8% of revenue). Management expects to continue similar or accelerated growth trajectory in FY27 and beyond. A subsidiary acquisition is expected to close before FY27 end. The company received DPIIT licenses covering UAVs, INS systems, radars, torpedoes, underwater mines, ATGM, and loitering munition, plus industrial license for TNT and RDX through IDL Explosives.
