Apollo Micro Systems has confirmed that there is no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue. The company raised Rs. 185.13 crore (75% of warrant application monies for 2,16,52,792 warrants) in multiple tranches between November and December 2025. These funds were fully deployed during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, in line with the stated objects: working capital (Rs. 45.48 crore), R&D for futuristic technologies (Rs. 1.68 crore), investment in subsidiaries (Rs. 6.00 crore), and general corporate purposes (Rs. 12.33 crore). The original estimated proceeds of Rs. 816 crore were revised downwards to Rs. 742 crore due to a shortfall in actual receipt, and allocations were adjusted proportionally. An independent monitoring agency (Acuite Ratings) is active on this issue.
No negative implications for shareholders; the company has deployed capital as committed, with no diversion of funds. The proportional reduction in proceeds is disclosed transparently.
