Apollo Pipes reported FY2026 audited results with standalone net profit of Rs 12.19 crore (down 60% from Rs 30.82 crore in FY2025) and consolidated net profit of Rs 4.66 crore (down 86% from Rs 34.09 crore). Standalone revenue declined to Rs 887.44 crore from Rs 925.69 crore. The Board approved a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per share (7% on face value). Key leadership changes include Mr. Sanjay Gupta (brother of MD Sameer Gupta) appointed as Chairman effective May 8, 2026, while Sameer Gupta steps down as Chairman but continues as Managing Director. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta also resigned from the Board. A new Stock Appreciation Rights scheme (SAR Scheme 2026) with a pool of 25 lakh units was approved, subject to shareholder nod. Borrowings reduced on standalone basis from Rs 3,979 lakh to Rs 2,700 lakh.
The sharp profit decline in both standalone and consolidated results despite stable revenue points to margin pressure. Leadership transition to a family member with 30 years of industry experience may provide stability, but no forward guidance was provided on how the company plans to reverse the profit contraction.
