Apollo Sindoori Hotels has submitted copies of its audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q4 FY25 and full-year FY25, which were published in Business Standard (English, 17 May 2025) and Makkal Kural (Tamil, 16 May 2025) as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, full-year FY25 revenue from operations rose to ₹30,857 lakhs (from ₹28,621 lakhs in FY24), but net profit fell to ₹1,238.72 lakhs (from ₹1,420.14 lakhs). Standalone Q4 revenue grew to ₹7,866 lakhs (from ₹7,385 lakhs), though Q4 net profit dropped sharply to ₹232.80 lakhs (from ₹450.16 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue rose to ₹54,178.84 lakhs but net profit declined steeply to ₹1,206.90 lakhs (from ₹1,914.68 lakhs). EPS for FY25 was ₹38.61 (standalone) and ₹29.71 (consolidated).
Revenue growth is encouraging, but the year-on-year decline in both standalone and consolidated profits signals margin pressure, which shareholders should watch closely. The stock may see limited positive reaction given the weaker bottom-line performance despite higher topline.
