Apollo Tyres reported strong Q4 FY26 consolidated results with revenue of INR 73,357 Mn, up 14.2% YoY, and EBITDA of INR 10,688 Mn, up 27.6% YoY. EBITDA margins expanded 153 bps to 14.6% in Q4, driven by robust replacement and OEM demand, improved premium mix in PCR, and lower raw material costs. India operations posted 14.3% revenue growth with margin improvement, while Europe saw a 3.3% revenue decline but 27 bps margin improvement. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue reached INR 284,706 Mn (+9.0%) and EBITDA stood at INR 41,432 Mn (+16.0%). Net debt reduced significantly by INR 9 Bn to a Net Debt/EBITDA of 0.4x, supporting future growth capex plans.
Apollo Tyres delivered strong margin expansion in Q4 and FY26, with EBITDA margins rising to 14.6% on the back of volume growth and premiumization. The sharp debt reduction to 0.4x leverage and improved cash generation signal a healthy balance sheet that can fund growth capex while potentially enhancing shareholder returns.
