Apollo Tyres has appointed Ms. Mahalakshmi Ramaswami as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) effective July 16, 2025. She brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across FMCG, telecom, pharma, and consulting, most recently serving as Head HR – Southeast Asia Cluster at Mondelez International. The appointment was approved by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Separately, Mr. Dipankar Ghosh, Group Head – HRBP (Manufacturing & Projects), will no longer be classified as part of senior management due to a change in reporting structure following the new CHRO's appointment.
