Apoorva Leasing Finance has informed BSE that its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025) were published in 'The Jansatta' (Hindi) and 'Financial Express' (English) newspapers, as required under SEBI listing rules. Total income from operations rose to ₹30.76 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹20.16 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹18.09 lakhs from ₹2.86 lakhs year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income stood at ₹73.92 lakhs and net profit after tax at ₹26.02 lakhs, with EPS of ₹0.13. The Board approved these results at its meeting held on February 14, 2026.
